Things To Remember When Posting

Please note that usually the majority of bug/issue reports are not actually issues with the software. That's why we request you to follow these instructions.

It is essential that you search for existing submissions before creating a new one to avoid duplicates.
Choose the correct category (Bug Reports) for your submission!
  • Make sure that the topic title is descriptive enough.

  • If you have multiple issues to report, make a new submission of each one.

  • When describing the bug, please report exactly what you did first and what the error message was.

  • Report also the name of the game you are playing and name of your airline.

  • If the bug is related to certain aircraft or route, be sure to report it's name/number also.

  • Take also a screen capture of the bug if able. You are able to attach images directly to the submission by drag&drop or copy&paste.

  • If bug report concerns certain route, please do not edit or delete the route until admin responds to the bug report.

  • If bug report concerns certain airport please report the airport ICAO code (faster for us to locate it).

  • All-in-all, please provide such information that we are able to reproduce the bug in our test environment.

Following these instructions saves a lot of time and work from us, and makes sure the issue is addressed faster.

You may also edit your submission afterwards.

Moving Forward

After your submission has been posted, the administration will read it within a few hours to a few days.

The severity of the report will be tagged and this determines the required response time internally.

Note that some non-essential / minor bugs may be left open to await for later major software updates to keep things prioritized properly, but don't worry, we'll react to all reports at some point.

Thank You!

We truly appreciate all feedback, thank you for contributing! 😊
